A. We provide online bookkeeping service. Our clients send electronic copies of their supporting accounting documents to us via e-mail. Our service is paperless. Clients find that many of their source or supporting accounting documents are already available in electronic format. For those documents that are in paper only format, most clients do their own scanning to turn their paper documents into electronic documents; but, for those without a scanner or smartphone, companies like shoeboxed.com will accept paper documents and turn them into electronic documents. We deliver invoices via e-mail and accept electronic payment for our services. Clients choose the service options that they want during the price quote process. The advantage of our service process is that you don’t have to make time and space for us in your physical location, but you can still receive personal and customized service from us. Another benefit is, if you choose to, you can have your books updated more than once a month.
Q. How much does your service cost?
A. Our fees are based on the level of service needed by each client. We determine the scope of service and establish a fixed monthly fee, which helps our clients manage their budgets with a dollar amount that is known up front.

A. We use QuickBooks. We use QuickBooks because of its excellence in the areas of bookkeeping, financial reporting, and compatibility with other widely used financial software (such as tax preparation and payroll accounting software programs). Good professional accounting software programs are complex, and need to serve the multiple purposes just mentioned. Because of the complexity and need for broad functionality, we believe it is best to focus on one program and be experts in that program.
